Elevate Your Selling Strategy

Retail has long been focused on 'selling' their products. But it's safe to say that that model won't cut it anymore.
Customers are no longer simply shopping for products; they are expecting more of an experience – more engagement, more personalization, more of an emotional connection, more of a human touch. All in all, customers want a special treatment, every time.
Amazon's Jeff Bezos puts it like this:
"We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It’s our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better.”
How are you as a host?
How have you been treating your guests? Your long-time guests and new guests should feel as though they matter to you.
Make the experience worth coming back for.
And keep the following in mind:
“Make a customer, not a sale.” - Katherine Barchetti
If you are wondering how to do this, ask yourself why you built your brand to begin with. If "making money" was your only motivation, I can't judge that. But consider this: You still need customers to make money, right? So you can't simply focus on making money. You need to focus on what will make people choose you, first. If they don't, you won't make money. Think deeper and with more meaning. I promise you that you'll uncover tons of reasons (aside from making money) to keep at this.
